This position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAnswer inbound toll-free calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries from WII Marines, family members, and caregivers.\nProvide accurate, timely information regarding benefits, programs, and available resources.\nDocument every interaction in MCWIITS with a minimum accuracy rate of\n98%.\nPerform warm transfers to Non-Medical Case Managers (NMCMs) or external agencies as appropriate.\nConduct outbound welcome and follow-up calls as directed.\nPromote individual and community health by assisting individuals in adopting healthy behaviors.\nServe as an advocate for the health and welfare needs of individuals.\nAct as a liaison between community residents, social service agencies, and healthcare providers.\nImplement and support programs that promote, maintain, and improve individual and overall community health.\nRepresent the organization professionally when communicating with customers, the public, government entities, and external partners.\nMaintain an empathetic, professional demeanor in all interactions.\nAdhere to all HIPAA, Privacy Act, and data protection requirements when handling PII/PHI.\nMeet or exceed performance standards for productivity and quality in a high-volume contact-center environment (\n50 interactions per day average).\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 3 years of high-volume contact-center experience (average of\n50 interactions per day).\nExperience using database user interfaces and query software.\nProficiency with office suite software, including Microsoft Office 365.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (T3) clearance.\nMinimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive PII and PHI.\nClearance Requirement: Tier 3 (T3) required\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate’s degree or higher.\nCall Center Certification (e.g., Certified Call Center Professional or equivalent).\nBilingual (Spanish) for designated positions.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer service and call-center operations\nHealth advocacy and community outreach\nAccurate documentation and data entry\nPrivacy, confidentiality, and compliance\nProfessional communication across multiple channels\nEmpathy and stakeholder engagement\nTime management and productivity\nTHIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD.\n\nOur organization provides management, professional, analytical, security, and technical services to the Federal and State governments, and to private industry.\n\nEXCEED employees and applicants for employment are covered by federal, state, and local laws designed to safeguard employees and job applicants from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, parental status, national origin, age, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), political affiliation, military service, or other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
