Softscape Foreman

Softscape Foreman is responsible for leading a project from beginning to completion. This includes crew management, understanding of plans and specifications, material layout, plant identification, strong communication skills and thorough understanding of the contract scope. Qualifications Foreman minimum of 3 years’ experience Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to travel Must have all required licenses and certifications What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits package Essential Duties and Responsibilities Foreman will supervise and manage landscape crew during the performance of all assigned work and ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment. Ensure that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed. Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards. Interact with clientele to help ensure job satisfaction. Drive and maintain company vehicles and equipment (if applicable). Monitor all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Foremen responsible to track and record job expenses and hours worked accurately. Reports for duty at designated location on time each day. Maintain a clean and safe job site. In the off-season, responsible to carry out the instructions of a supervisor to aid in: snow and ice management, equipment and property maintenance.
