Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Volunteer & Awards Program Specialist to support and enhance our volunteer and recognition programs. This role is responsible for coordinating the volunteer lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding; while ensuring accurate committee data and delivering high-quality recognition experiences, including our Leadership Luncheon.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate the annual call for volunteers, including timelines, communications, and application trackingMaintain accurate committee and volunteer rosters within the CRM/AMSSupport volunteer onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a positive start to the experienceAdminister awards programs, including nominations, communications, and timelinesPlan and execute the Leadership Luncheon, managing logistics and stakeholder coordinationIdentify opportunities to improve volunteer processes and overall experienceQualifications3–5 years of experience in membership, volunteer coordination, program management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detailExperience coordinating events or recognition programs preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience with CRM/AMS systems is a plus
