This individual serves as the primary escalation point for critical issues, drives portfolio performance, ensures alignment with business objectives, and provides executive-level reporting, dashboarding and recommendations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and oversee a multi-market portfolio of capital projects and workplace initiatives.\n\nEstablish and maintain program governance, reporting standards, and performance metrics.\n\nServe as the primary executive liaison between Client's leadership and project teams.\n\nDrive portfolio-wide resource planning, prioritization, and workload management.\n\nIdentify, mitigate, and escape strategic risks and issues.\n\nProvide executive reporting on portfolio health, budget performance, schedule status, and delivery metrics.\n\nSupport acquisition integration, portfolio optimization, and workplace strategy initiatives.\n\nEnsure consistent implementation of project controls, standards, and best practices.\n\nOversee adoption and utilization of Procore as the system of record.\n\nMentor and develop project management staff.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline.\n\n15+ years of program and project management experience.\n\nExperience managing large corporate real estate portfolios.\n\nStrong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPMP certification preferred.\n\nExperience leading geographically dispersed teams.\n\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
