The USPTO fosters innovation and economic growth by administering the nation's patent and trademark systems. This position performs data analysis, reporting, metrics development, and operational analysis supporting Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools Services. The role develops reporting solutions, analyzes operational trends, validates data, and provides analytical support for service delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement activities.\nKey Areas of Responsibility\nCollect, analyze, validate, and interpret operational and service delivery data supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services.\nDevelop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for Government stakeholders.\nAnalyze ServiceNow ticket trends, operational performance, service level objectives, and workload metrics.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and root cause analysis supporting operational reporting.\nSupport data extraction, transformation, and reporting from enterprise systems and Microsoft 365 platforms.\nDocument analytical methodologies, reporting procedures, and operational findings.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement through quantitative analysis.\nCoordinate with engineering, service desk, and Government personnel to support reporting requirements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements\nExperience analyzing operational or enterprise IT data.\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nExperience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPower BI certification.\nExperience supporting Federal Government programs.\nExperience with ServiceNow reporting.\nCompensation:\n$85,000.00 - $100,000.00\nThe compensation range listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role.
