In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, as well as leading small projects in collaboration with our People team. This role works very closely with all levels of the company in a global environment and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience.\nThis role is 100% remote with the option to work at any of our local offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work Eastern or Central time zone business hours.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System tickets with a focus on excellent customer service\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and deliver well designed solutions\nGather system requirements, configure, test, implement and train the business on changes in Workday\nCreate and maintain configuration documentation, as well as User Guides to assist in educating and training employees\nAssist in exploring new Workday features including the bi-annual Workday release cycles\nWho you are:\n4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Reporting & Security\nDeep understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs\nThrive in a fast paced environment and comfortable with quickly changing priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nExperienced working at a global organization\nCurrently located within either the EST or CST timezones\nNice-to-haves:\nWorkday consulting experience a strong plus\nWorkday Pro Certifications\nExperience with Greenhouse ATS\nStrong project management skills\n#LI-Remote\nCompensation and Benefits\n\nThe final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.\nDataiku also offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer paid disability coverage, and additional health and wellbeing perks and benefits.
