We are looking for people with ambition for advancement, enjoy working in a tight-knit team, have a desire to deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy learning new skills while problem solving.\nResponsibilities\nProvision and configure VoIP customers on our telephone platform.\nInstall, configure, and deploy IP phones and related VoIP hardware (remotely).\nTurn up new customer phone systems and verify proper operation.\nInstall and configure business Internet services, including routers, firewalls, and network equipment.\nConfigure SIP trunks, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call routing, and user features.\nTroubleshoot VoIP, internet connectivity, and networking issues.\nWork directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, and on-site installations.\nDocument installations and maintain accurate customer records.\nCoordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure successful customer deployments.\nRequirements\nStrong troubleshooting and customer service skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.\n4 year college degree.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.\nPreferred Experience\n2+ years of experience with hosted VoIP systems.\nKnowledge of SIP, VoIP networking, VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls, and switching.\nExperience installing and supporting business phone systems and internet services.\nFamiliarity with Juniper, Ubiquiti, Cisco, or similar networking equipment is a plus.\nLinux experience is a plus but not required.\nJoin us if you're passionate about advancing your career in telecommunications and networking technology!
