Entry-Level Finance Operations Analyst

Supporting financial operations and commission administration, the full-time Entry-Level Finance Operations Analyst will engage in data validation, reporting accuracy, and accounts payable activities while working remotely within the EST time zone. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and validation of commission statements, including calculations and reconciliations Generate operational and financial reports while ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvements Support accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and vendor communication Required Qualifications Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial reconciliation Experience handling invoices and vendor records Ability to work with large data sets and manage multiple priorities
