ARI believes in developing employees from within and provides opportunities for motivated individuals to grow their knowledge, responsibilities, and career opportunities over time.\nSchedule\nTypical schedule includes 12–14 hour shifts.\nWhile working on projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, employees typically depart from ARI headquarters on Sunday or Monday and return on Friday.\nWhen assigned to projects outside the Pacific Northwest, employees may work extended travel rotations, typically consisting of 4 weeks on and 1 week off.\nWork Location\nDispatched from Springfield, OR with work performed on various remote job sites across ARI's service areas.\nCompensation\nWage Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience\nFull benefits package available for full-time employees\nJob Requirements/ Qualifications\nIndustry Experience: Previous construction, mining, heavy equipment, agricultural, outdoor labor, or related industry experience required.\nMinimum age: Must be at least 18 years old.\nEducation: High School Degree or equivalent\nDriver License: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that includes no more than 3 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents in the last 3 years and no DUIIs.\nATF clearance: Must pass a background check through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in compliance with federal explosive handling regulations.\nDrug Test and Physical Screening: Pre-employment drug test and physical required. We conduct random drug tests and post-accident testing. ARI maintains a zero-tolerance drug policy, including marijuana.\nTravel commitment: Travel away from home is required. Transportation is provided from ARI headquarters in Springfield.
