Part Time Office Administrator

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk and general administrative support for PorterCorp. The office administrator will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering PorterCorp’s main phone line, distributing the mail, and other general administrative and clerical responsibilities. This position is Part Time 8:30AM - 2PM, Monday - Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for visitors, clients and vendors Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional manner Manage and oversee mailing room supplies, appearance and distribute daily mail Maintain and oversee front office areas, including various office supply management Facilitate and coordinate various company events Maintain and update electronic company updates/announcements Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Perform other clerical and administrative related duties as required Competencies (check all that apply) Analytical Decision-Making Communication Learning & Development Planning & Organizing Professionalism & Integrity Risk-Taking/Creative Thinking Teamwork & Relationship-Building Results Orientation Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.
