You'll shape regional strategy, strengthen distributor capability, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.This is a remote role supporting the western regions, and we're happy to consider candidates located anywhere across the Western region.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributorsDeliver training across clinical, reimbursement, product, and compliance areasSupport contracting and ongoing distributor engagementSet targets, monitor performance, and provide coachingTrack and report on sales, market trends, and key initiativesBuild strong distributor partnerships and act as the main regional contactCollaborate with internal teams to support field executionAnalyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesExecute strategies to drive adoption and sales performanceEnsure adherence to regulatory and company standardsOversee accurate sales reporting and commission alignmentAbout YouBachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years' experience in medical device sales or distribution, including:Proven success building and leading 1099 distributor networksExperience in wound care biologics and/or spine & orthopaedic marketsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotelyWillingness to travel up to 50% or more of your time across the regionWhy Join Us?At AROA, we're proud to be making a real difference in patients' lives by advancing healing in complex wounds and soft tissue reconstruction.
