Apply today if you are the person who will help SAIF tell its story through data and analytics.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain intuitive, interactive Tableau dashboards that apply visualization best practices, user experience principles, and data storytelling techniques to deliver clear, actionable insights.\n\nCreate visually appealing and accessible reports by applying best practices in layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and design consistency.\n\nLeverage advanced Tableau features, build reusable dashboard templates and standardized design components\n\nConduct user feedback sessions and continuously improve dashboard design\n\nOptimize dashboard performance by improving query efficiency, designing effective data sources and resolving performance bottlenecks.\n\nWrite and optimize queries using SQL\n\nPartner with Data and Analytics Engineers, Data Modelers, and Analytics Solution Engineers to design, implement, and optimize certified semantic data models that support reliable and reusable analytics solutions.\n\nValidate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency through the use of certified data sources, business metrics, and governed semantic definitions.\n\nIntegration of various Data Sources through native and custom BI connectors.\n\nManage Tableau content throughout its lifecycle by following BI governance standards and overseeing publication, organization and maintenance withing Tableau server/cloud.\n\nEstablish and maintain secure access controls and data security practices, including role-based and row-level security, to protect enterprise analytics assets\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs\n\nProvide training and guidance to users on dashboard usage and best practices\n\nApply data visualization, storytelling, UX/UI, and Tableau performance-tuning practices to create dashboards that are intuitive, accessible, scalable, and effective for both technical and non-technical users.\n\nOn-call support may be required on an as needed basis or part of a rotating schedule, including availability outside of business hours to support urgent IT issues or system implementations.\n\nExplore diverse perspectives and consistently behave sensitively toward differences in cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating.
