Join Kite and help create more tomorrows.\nJob Description Key Responsibilities:\nExecute approved space allocation and seating plans across the site.\nTranslate test fits, layouts, and master space plans into actionable execution plans.\nValidate workplace plans against operational, compliance, safety, and occupancy requirements.\nFacilities Project Management\nManage small- to mid-scale workplace and facilities projects, including employee experience initiatives and operational improvements.\nCoordinate vendors, project schedules, scopes, budgets, and deliverables.\nMonitor project risks, milestones, timelines, and performance commitments to ensure successful execution.\nChange Management & Stakeholder Communication\nLead change management activities related to workplace moves, reconfigurations, and space optimization efforts.\nDeliver clear and timely communications to impacted stakeholders and business partners.\nMitigate operational impact to manufacturing and business operations during workplace changes and transitions.\nMove / Add / Change (MAC) Leadership\nServe as the primary site lead for all Move, Add, and Change (MAC) activities, including workplace moves, restacks, reconfigurations, onboarding, and offboarding support.\nDevelop and manage the site MAC roadmap, aligning sequencing and execution with business and manufacturing priorities.\nOwn MAC schedules, dependencies, logistics, and execution plans to minimize operational disruption.\nLead move readiness activities, day-of-move coordination, and post-move closeout activities.\nCAFM / Space Data Management\nMaintain accurate CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) data related to space utilization, occupancy, and assets.\nEnsure post-move data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.\nAnalyze and leverage workplace data to support utilization reporting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.\nSite Master Planning & Scenario Development\nProvide site-level input into master planning and long-range workplace strategy initiatives.\nDevelop and evaluate space utilization and move scenarios to support operational and business decisions.\nPartner with Corporate Real Estate and Space Planning teams on future growth and optimization strategies.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.\nAt least 6 years of progressive experience in: Facilities management\nWorkplace services\nSpace planning support\nFacilities project coordination\nChange management\n\nDemonstrated experience leading workplace or facilities-related projects.\nExperience partnering cross-functionally with Space Planning, IT, Real Estate, Facilities, and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional certifications such as: IFMA\nBOMI\nPMP\nOther related facilities or project management certifications\n\nExperience working within regulated manufacturing or corporate environments.\nFamiliarity with CAFM and/or CMMS systems.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and moves.\nWorking knowledge of MAC processes, facilities operations, workplace planning, and project delivery methodologies.\nAbility to read and interpret space plans, furniture layouts, and basic construction drawings.\nExcellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly within change-management environments.\nStrong customer-service orientation with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and organizational levels.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to support after-hours or time-sensitive workplace moves and project activities, as needed.\nThe salary range for this position is: $123,930.00 - $160,380.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
