Coordinator of College, Career & Student SuccessProvide leadership and coordination for Career and Technical Education (CTE), career advising, internship development, dropout prevention, attendance improvement, and Section 504 services. This position is responsible for expanding high-quality CTE opportunities, strengthening partnerships with business and industry, increasing student engagement, and supporting systems that ensure students remain on track for graduation and postsecondary success.Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredValid Texas teaching certificate; administrative certification preferredKnowledge of CCMR indicators and workforce alignmentStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to build partnerships with business and community stakeholdersExperience in CTE, counseling, or student support services preferredCoordinate and support district-wide Career and Technical Education programsWork with campus and district leadership to expand CTE pathways aligned to workforce needsMonitor enrollment, completion, and performance data for CTE programsSupport teachers with program development, certifications, and industry-based credentialsEnsure compliance with state and federal CTE requirementsAssist with budgeting, equipment planning, and grant opportunities related to CTEProvide career exploration and advising support for studentsCoordinate career awareness activities, career fairs, and guest speakersSupport the development of individualized student career plansCollaborate with counselors on CCMR readiness initiativesPromote industry-based certifications and work-based learning opportunitiesDevelop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and industryCreate and expand internship, job shadowing, and work-based learning opportunitiesCoordinate student placement, monitoring, and evaluation of internshipsWork with employers to align opportunities with student career pathwaysPromote community involvement in CTE advisory committeesMonitor early warning indicators for at-risk studentsCoordinate interventions to improve student engagement and graduation outcomesCollaborate with campus staff to support credit recovery and alternative pathwaysSupport transition planning for students at risk of dropping outMonitor attendance data and identify trendsCoordinate attendance improvement initiativesWork with campus administration on truancy prevention strategiesCommunicate with families to improve student attendanceSupport compliance with attendance laws and documentationCoordinate and facilitate Section 504 meetingsEnsure compliance with Section 504 regulations and documentation requirementsCollaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodationsMaintain records and timelines for 504 servicesProvide training and guidance to staff regarding 504 supportsServe as liaison between school, families, and community partnersAssist with grant writing and reporting related to CTE and student successProvide professional development for staff related to career readiness and student engagementPerform other duties as assignedNone.Personal computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipmentProlonged standing; frequent kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twistingFrequent walking
