This position offers an opportunity to help establish our presence in Indiana. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Manager based in Elkhart, IN. The manager will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities also include managing inventory control processes, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role will additionally involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage warehouse staffExperience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control proceduresEffective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clientsProficiency in Forklift Operation and ensuring adherence to safety standardsOrganizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with inventory software and logistics management systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
