We’re looking for a counselor who wants to do that work the right way, on a team that has the time and support to do it well.This role sits in our 20-bed women’s residential (245G) program in Hutchinson — about an hour west of the Twin Cities metro — where we specialize in trauma-informed, co-occurring care grounded in motivational interviewing, CBT, ASAM criteria, and relapse-prevention strategies.What makes this different:• A true 4-day work week (plus one weekend per month on rotation for Saturday/Sunday morning groups) — built for sustainable, high-quality care, not burnout.• A small, independently run program where clinicians have a real voice.
