The Client Service Business Analyst – Program Client Services will provide strategic business analysis services to Program Services (Program Analyst-Accounting/Finance). This role is responsible for understanding business objectives, operational workflows, and client service needs to identify opportunities for process improvement, system efficiencies, and enhanced service delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategies and requirements into actionable solutions that improve operational effectiveness and support overall organizational performance.Essential FunctionsResponsible for reviewing submissions from the brokerage community/marketAssist with quotes, submissions, policy issuance and endorsements workflowReview underwriting guidelines on submissions and escalate issues accordinglyIssue binders/slips and invoicesMonitor facultative and treaty reinsurance contracts to ensure timely and accurate settlements of monies owedReconcile cash balances monthly, researching and clearing discrepanciesWork closely with the accounting team to ensure premiums are recorded, collected and settledFile setup and maintenance of the submissions receivedSupport claims administration activities including funding coordination, invoice validation, and financial reconciliation in partnership with claims stakeholdersPrepare presentations and reports on an on-going basis.Assist in the facilitation of internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, tracking requests, and supporting timely responsesPerform financial reconciliations across premiums, claims, and reinsurance activity to identify and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, audit, accounting, and brokers to support efficient program execution and process improvementAd hoc reinsurance projects as neededEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required3 – 5 years data analysis experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to recognize inconsistencies and assess reasonableness.Ability to lead projects and build cross-departmental relationships.Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to thrive in fast paced, changing environment.Ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects with little supervision.Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, motivation, enthusiasm and patience.Thrive in and foster a highly collaborative work environment is essential.Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present findings and communicate key concepts to senior management.Strong problem solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and demonstrate organizational skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamGeneral knowledge of the insurance industry helpfulUS Work AuthorizationUS Work Authorization required.
