Senior Lead RBT
DescriptionThe Sr. Lead RBT plays a critical leadership role in supporting training, staff development, and quality client care at assigned locations. This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Lead RBTs, while also providing direct clinical support as needed. The Sr. Lead RBT partners closely with clinical leadership and operations to ensure consistent implementation of evidence-based practices, staff competency, and high standards of ABA service delivery. This role also supports program innovation, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness, while fostering a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented culture.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive training programs for Lead RBTsMentor and support new Lead RBTs during their onboarding periodCollaborate with clinical leadership to update training materialsFacilitate initial and ongoing training for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior TechnicianProvide hands-on guidance to ensure quality implementation of treatment plansServe as a floater, covering client sessions across various locations to address staffing needsCollaborate with BCBAs to provide consistent and effective servicesConduct assessments for Lead RBTs to evaluate clinical skills and adherence to protocolsProvide detailed feedback and actionable recommendationsRecord and document client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA standardsAssist in preparing and maintaining training and client materialsWork closely with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure continuity of careMaintain professional relationships with clients, supervisors, and colleaguesPay rate$27.50/hourWork EnvironmentWork is performed in a clinic environment. Involves frequent interaction with staff, clients, and the public. Safety Care training will be provided to ensure safe handling of challenging behaviors.
