Assistant to the Dean
Providing high-level administrative support, the full-time Assistant to the Dean will manage complex calendars, coordinate projects, and oversee operations within the Dean's Suite while primarily working onsite with some remote flexibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for the Dean and Associate Dean, anticipating needs and prioritizing tasks
Lead planning and implementation of events, including Commencement and faculty hiring logistics, while managing communications with external teams
Oversee operations of the Dean's Suite, including office management, onboarding processes, and administrative project managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in a related field
Advanced skills in calendar management, financial administration, and meeting coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in executive-level support and coordination
