In this role, you will supervise a team responsible for Accounting and AR/Billing, while directly managing the Controlling function. You will provide financial advice and insights to support business leaders and ensure the accurate and timely submission of all required reports for our publicly traded company.\nWork type: Recommended 1x per week physically in Bedminster, NJ office location\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate and Lead Team Activities: Oversee daily finance operations, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and implement cross-training for staff. Set and monitor staff and departmental deadlines while providing mentoring and coaching as needed.\nManage Controlling, Forecasting and Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process, manage monthly financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
