Line Cook

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional cook to join the kitchen team of our growing company.  You will be working with and be guided by multiple Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt (Juni, Sho, Vestry).  A personal love of learning world-class cuisine is a must, as we emphasize comprehensive ongoing training.  We  also frequently promote from within, offering the strong possibility of both in-house and in-company career progression.   Pay is competitive with the finer restaurants of New York City. As a member Chef Shaun's culinary team, you should be able to read and faithfully follow recipes, maintain health department standards, bring training to bear in exemplary plate-by-plate quality control, and otherwise uphold our world-class standards with enthusiasm.
