Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Your expertise will help empower students to achieve greater independence and reach their full potential in the educational setting.Key Qualifications:Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)Experience working in a school setting is highly valuedAbility to travel between sites as assigned (sites may vary)Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary education teamsPassion for working with students at all levels, from early childhood to high schoolExcellent organizational and caseload management abilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:Assess and provide individualized physical therapy interventions for students with a variety of needsDevelop and implement IEP-driven goals in collaboration with staff and familiesMaintain thorough and compliant documentation for evaluations, progress reports, and treatment sessionsCommunicate progress and strategies to teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and functional successAdapt and modify interventions for diverse learners across multiple school sitesParticipate in team meetings to ensure coordinated care and student-centered planningThis contract assignment begins August 18, 2026, and extends through the end of the school year, providing you an opportunity to see the impact of your work throughout the academic calendar.
