We're looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Bulk Oil Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering and selling bulk oil to customers throughout the central region while supporting the daily operations of our parts department. Every day brings a mix of driving, customer interaction, inventory support, and teamwork, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in providing reliable service.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSafely deliver, sell, and accurately invoice bulk oil to customers throughout the central region.\nFill and prepare 5-gallon and 55-gallon oil drums for customer orders and deliveries.\nLoad and unload oil containers while following all safety procedures.\nReceive, stock, organize, and deliver parts and accessories to support dealership operations.\nProvide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts needs and product inquiries.\nMaintain accurate delivery and inventory records.\nHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nBuild strong customer relationships by delivering dependable, timely, and professional service.\nAssist with general store operations and other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nValid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.\nClean driving record and the ability to maintain eligibility under company Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) standards throughout employment.\nMust pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent experience.\nBasic computer and data entry/keyboarding skills.\nBasic knowledge of parts, machinery, or agricultural/construction equipment.\nForklift experience is highly preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.\nAbility to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.\nDependable, organized, and committed to safety and quality service.\n\nWhy Sloan Implement?\nPaid Holidays and Vacation Time\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401(k) with Company Match\nRoutine Performance and Pay Reviews\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nSafety Equipment Allowance\nCompany Provided Uniforms\nAll benefits are subject to change.\n\nPay Information:\nThe hourly pay range for this position is $19 to $26.
