You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and innovative outcomes for our clients.\n\nPosition Salary Range*\nThe expected salary range for this position is $83,000 to $97,000 annually.\n\nRequired Qualifications**\n\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited four-year University\n\n5+ years of job-related experience\n\nLicensed Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain by comity) in the state of the hiring Cushing Terrell office\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Auto CADD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook\n\nAdvanced understanding of Structural Systems and Design Process\n\nHigh level of collaboration and communication\n\nAbility to effectively manage time\n\nPosition Responsibilities***\n\nCompetency with engineering in wood design, timber design, steel design, concrete design, masonry design and structural detailing to match\n\nOversee/Manage all Structural Engineering aspects of projects\n\nWork independently and oversee other team members to develop Construction Documents (Plans and Specifications)\n\nPerform structural engineering analysis and development of design calculations\n\nPrepare engineering studies and reports\n\nPrepare construction cost estimates and compare with industry benchmarks\n\nManage structural specific project requirements (Scope, Budget, and Time)\n\nDevelop structural related fee proposals and contracts\n\nDevelop and maintain client relationships\n\nMentor and direct junior engineers and BIM staff\n\nThings to Note\n*Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.\n\n**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
