This position drives operational and programmatic financial performance and fiscal accountability within a business portfolio. Leads a team of finance professionals responsible for program planning, execution, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management. Accountable for timely execution of internal and external financial deliverables.\n\nPartners cross-functionally with senior leaders and executives in developing financial plans and ensuring operational and programmatic financial commitments are rooted in sound assumptions.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible for P&L and balance sheet for business area(s)\nProvide management oversight for program cost, schedule, earned value and risk\nLead Program Finance, including oversight of EAC development and relevant customer deliverables\nProvide business insight to non-finance managers\nResponsible for FP&A financial forecast, including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts\nFormulate strategies with business area leaders\nServe as cross-functional liaison for product line and supporting functional departments\nProvide proposal support\nSupport cash management at program and portfolio levels, including Unbilled analysis and At Risk analysis\nSupport internal and external audit responses\nManage staff, recruitment, and retention\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline and eleven or more years of progressively complex experience in finance/accounting. Must have experience in or government contractor environment.
