Senior Project Manager – Life Science Construction📍Raleigh, NC 🏗️ Design/Build💼 Full-TimeA leading full service design-build construction management firm specializing in highly regulated and advanced technology sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from concept through completion.This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast paced organization delivering innovative projects across high tech and life sciences environments.As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary management representative responsible for leading projects through conceptual planning, pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close out phases.You’ll work closely with subcontractors, design firms, project engineers, and superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in managing technically complex projects, building client relationships and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects ranging from 20M+Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and cost controlsCoordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and internal teamsIdentify and mitigate project risks and potential challengesOversee project logistics and workflow planningDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport business development and new project opportunitiesEnsure successful project delivery from preconstruction through close-outPreferred Qualifications:Proven success managing projects exceeding $5M or multiple concurrent projects over $1MMechanical Construction experience preferredStrong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategiesExcellent negotiation, communication and organizational skillsAbility to resolve complex project challenges independentlyExperience within life sciences, advanced technology or regulated industries preferredProficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Planswift and Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We OfferCompetitive salary plus performance bonusesGenerous PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer contributions and profit-sharing opportunitiesComprehensive medical, life, and disability benefitsProfessional development and educational assistance programs⚠️ Work Authorization:At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
