This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while meeting productivity standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nPick customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.\nLocate and retrieve products from assigned warehouse locations.\nProcess picking tasks in Deposco WMS.\nVerify item numbers, quantities, and product condition.\nReport inventory discrepancies and damaged products.\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow warehouse safety procedures.\nQualifications\nPrevious warehouse picking experience required.\nExperience using handheld RF scanners required.\nFamiliarity with Deposco WMS preferred.\nAbility to accurately follow picking instructions.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.\nBasic English communication skills required.\nAs part of onboarding, all Spotters complete a background check through our screening partner.
