Student Desk AssistantStudent Affairs at Auburn University is excited to begin the search for a Student Desk Assistant for Student Center Operations! The student desk assistant supports the Student Center Operations department with a variety of administrative duties.
ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors to our suite in a cheerful and welcoming manner. Assist them with questions or directions as needed
Answer the desk phone in a pleasant and smiling voice
Assist callers with inquiries and direct them to the correct resources as needed
Receive and document lost and found items
Sort Student Center mail
Assist with Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society
Deliver deposits to Student Financial Services
Deliver items to other offices on campus
Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings
Arrive promptly for shifts, dressed appropriately, presenting a professional appearance and enthusiastic team attitude
QualificationsEnrolled student at Auburn University
Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0
Ability to work during the summer semester
