Description: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Roswell Drywall seeks a Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will monitor projects from planning to completion by managing construction workers, following budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards on the construction site. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals to determine project needs Set performance goals and deadlines Plan construction processes Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, and other construction workers and give proper guidance when needed Monitor and report on project progress Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities as needed Implement safety and quality guidelines Order appropriate material and equipment pursuant to company policy and permission Track material orders, material stock, and equipment and keep all items in good condition Ensure the jobsite remains safe, clean, and orderly Resolve jobsite issues and emergencies Prepare daily reports detailing pertinent daily information including achievements, issues, and workforce size Requirements: Construction Superintendent Requirements Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role a plus Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction jobsites In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes Organizational and time-management skills Ability to lead and inspire
