JobID: 20226784Category: CenterJobSchedule:Posted Date: 2026-05-14T19:18:24+00:00JobShift: Per DiemLocation Type: SkilledBalance Life & Work with a New Career OpportunityNow Hiring - Driver - Bound Brook, NJPer Diem Shifts (Salary Range: $20 per Hour)CareOne at SomersetThe Driver will be responsible, but is not limited to:Deliver supplies and medication to patient's/nursing homesMaintain appropriate documentation (i.e. delivery tickets)Pick up, clean and calibrate equipment as requiredPerform small maintenance on vehicleMaintain vehicle mileage/vehicle check log and service scheduleReport equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policyProperly exchange Emergency Kits (E-Kits) at facilities.Maintain custody of controlled medications until delivery and return delivery documentation as required.Ensure communication with delivery supervisors for additional assignments prior to ending the shift.Able and willing to drive in various weather conditionsMaintain a clean work environment (i.e. leave the delivery vehicle interior clean).Become familiar with all delivery routes, entire delivery area, and be able to efficiently adjust the route for weather conditions and construction.Report delivery vehicle concerns to Driver Services Supervisor for correction.Position Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of driver services experienceMust be reliable and dependableOrganizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a multi-tasked environmentAbility to prioritize and organize work
