{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1ee58a3a4e5767bda01746c3","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1ee58a3a4e5767bda01746c3","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1ee58a3a4e5767bda01746c3","title":"2nd Shift Machine Operator","description":"*Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*\n\n* Read and interpret blueprint, sketches, work orders, and other documentation to determine layout of specific area to be shot-peened.\n* Adhere to sequence of operations and finish specifications\n* Mount part(s) on holding track, rotary table or shot-peening cabinet\n* Set up, operate and adjust shot-peening equipment to achieve specified contour\n* Measures and checks part to verify conformance to specifications\n* Record data on equipment settings such as feed rate, nozzle angles and oscillation, air or vacuum pressure settings\n* Peel masking material from completed part and remove adhering scale and particles\n* Adhere to daily/weekly/quarterly production goals\n\n*Required Skills:*\n\n* Blue Print Reading\n* Knowledge of GD&T\n* Use of Travelers\n* Knowledge of AS9100/NADCAP\n* Strong ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.\n* Must be a self starter\n\n*Required Experience:*\n\n* 3-5 years experience of Shot Peen equipment is a must.\n* Aerospace Industry Experience\n* ITAR COMPLIANT- Must be U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylum Refugee\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Temporary\n\nPay: $19.00 -
