We have an exceptional opportunity for a New Construction ProjectCoordinator in Tulsa, OK with our DataCon Division!The salary for this role starts at $75k, plus premier benefits.The Project Coordinator is customer facing, being responsible for the flow of data, communicationand documentation between CentiMark, the customer and stakeholders, throughout all projectphases. This position will engage primarily with New Construction projects being facilitated throughGeneral Contractors. Job Summary:Generating Project Submittal PackagesPre-Registering Manufacturer's WarrantiesChange Order ManagementProduce & Maintain Schedule of ValuesMaintain Daily Logs & Generate Progress ReportsAttend on-site meetings, Take Meeting Minutes, Perform Quality Control InspectionsNavigate and resolve construction related issues, disputes and disagreementsMaintain client project portals & act as primary POC throughout project phasesCollaborate w/ manufacturers fulfill data requests and answer technical questionsMonitor project spend and assist in staying on budgetProvide additional support to the Construction Manager as directedCandidate Requirements: 5+ years coordinating large scale construction projects is highly preferred Roofing related experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in construction estimating and management software (STACK, BIM 360,Procore).
