We have openings for both Repack *Warehouse Associates *and *Forklift Operators.*\n\nThe Repack role focuses on packing, labeling, quality checks, pallet handling, and general warehouse support. The Forklift Operator will safely move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout the facility using a sit-down forklift and reach truck.\n\n*Repack Warehouse Associate – Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* Pack and repack products according to customer specifications, including taping, labeling, and palletizing.\n* Inspect products for quality, condition, and accurate labeling before shipment.\n* Assist with pallet projects, case picking, stretch wrapping, and other warehouse assignments.\n* Verify pick sheets, outbound shipments, and inbound pallets for accuracy.\n* Move and count pallets to support inventory and warehouse organization.\n* Operate a forklift as assigned and assist with general warehouse duties.\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\n\n*Forklift Operator – Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials.\n* Move and stack palletized or crated materials in designated storage locations.\n* Pick, check, and load products to and from designated areas and trailers.\n* Use RF scanners and complete required inventory and shipping documentation.\n* Perform equipment inspections and report safety, quality, or maintenance concerns.\n* Follow OSHA and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.\n* *Repack: At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.*\n* *Forklift: At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience and reach truck experience required.*\n* RF scanner experience preferred for Forklift Operators.\n* Basic computer and math skills.\n* Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.\n* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow work instructions.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n* Willingness to cross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.\n* *Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.*\n* Safety boots/shoes required.\n\n*Physical Requirements:*\n\n* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable assistance.\n* Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.\n* Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle products safely.\n\n*Schedule:*\n\n* Open positions on 1 and 2 shifts\n\n*Compensation:*\n\n* $17.00 - $21.00 based on position and shift\n\n*Benefits:*\n\n* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n* 401(k), Retirement Plan\n* Paid Holidays\n* Bereavement Leave\n* Personal Advancement\n\n*Job Type:*\n\n* Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire\n\n*Application Period:*\n\n* This position will remain open until filled\n\n*Contact Information: *\n\nFor additional information about this opportunity, please contact Ms. Alana Ortiz at (720) 419-2303.
