In this role you will be responsible for leading and providing hands-on development for new features and capabilities. The candidate will also mentor and guide a development team, providing technical leadership and code reviews to ensure quality and provide technical guidance. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience:\r\nDutiesUtilize development tools including Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SQL Enterprise Manager, and Git.\r\nHave technical skills including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks (Vue.js), C# Web API development with .NET Core, and database development in Microsoft SQL Server.\r\nExperience with agile development methodology and processes.\r\nPrioritize tasks and manage multiple streams of work efficiently.\r\nTake initiative in complex problem-solving situations, troubleshooting intricate software issues, and devising solutions.\r\nArchitect scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and performance benchmarks.\r\nMentor and guide a development team, providing technical leadership and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.\r\nIdentify and document technical requirements by working with business users.\r\nEstablishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.\r\nCommunicates clearly and concisely.\r\nMust be self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to multitask.\r\nRequired EducationBS or BA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems or related field.\r\nALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTIONAn AS or AA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems and nine (9) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; or fourteen (14) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.\r\nRequired ExperienceAt least ten (10) years software development experience, to include: Software Design and Development of which at least three (3) years of programming experience with the technologies specified above.\r\nDesired ExperienceExperience leading and directing a development team in creating new development features.\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
