If you're passionate about empowering others and building genuine connections, we want to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)\nAssist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)\nImplement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately\nTransport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities\nFoster client independence by teaching life skills and encouraging self-advocacy\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care teams regarding client needs and progress\nMaintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, caregiving, or a related field preferred\nGenuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their quality of life\nStrong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to pass a background check and any required health screenings(TB Test)\nValid California driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation\nCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)\nFlexible schedule\nMileage reimbursement\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed\nBilingual Spanish (preferred)\n\nAbout Us:\nPinnacle Support Services LLC is a trusted provider of community-based support services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the greater Los Angeles area.
