We do a lot more than just work together.Job Responsibilities:As an HVAC Install Apprentice you are the comfort controllers! Helping your HVAC install lead install and, replace HVAC systems for customer's in their homes.Work directly with your team and homeowners.Install and retrofit systems including but not limited to Standard and Highly efficient Furnaces, Air conditioner units, Mini Splits, Oil Furnaces, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps and Water Heaters.Duct work and duct work modifications.Work with Sheet Metal.Ensure the work truck is clean at all times.Loading and unloading equipment to and from the truck.RequirementsStrong communication skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a drug screenAbility to pass a background checkMust be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 75 lbs.Ability to use basic hand tools (tape measure, level, and drill)Basic knowledge of HVACGreat time management skillsHave a willingness to learn1-2 years of customer serviceTeam playerReliableRespectful
