T&D Procurement Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - T&D ProcurementLocation: Louisville, KY (Hybrid - BOC Mon/Fri; remote considered)We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support Transmission & Distribution procurement by acting as the central point of coordination between two material coordinators and up to 22 Project Managers. This is a newly created role focused on improving communication, visibility, and forecasting of material procurement and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate material purchase order information and delivery dates.Track late or shifting material deliveries and communicate impacts to Project Managers.Maintain and distribute updated material delivery and procurement reports.Assess whether material delays impact construction schedules.Support material and cost forecasting using Oracle and PowerPlan.Review project schedules in P6 to understand timeline dependencies.Streamline communication across procurement, engineering, and project teams.QualificationsHighly organized with strong communication skills.Comfortable supporting multiple Project Managers.Willing to learn systems and processes.Flexible, adaptable, and proactive.Procurement experience not required; early-career candidates welcome.This role supports, but does not perform, material procurement and is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement in a growing team environment.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
