The Janitor position is responsible for the care and cleaning of the plant as established by the departmental guidelines set up by the maintenance department. It requires the ability to maintain plant cleanliness and maintain good housekeeping functions. The starting pay is $16.50 per hour plus a $.30 shift differential. What you will be doing: Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria and production areas Clean and disinfect soil area Perform disinfection and cleaning in restrooms Maintain stock supplies Complete daily paperwork as required Equipment used: Utilize high-pressure air hose for the purpose of blowing down throughout the plant. Floor buffing/waxing machine Floor brooms/mops Hand-held sprayers Vacuum cleaners Walk-behind snow blowers Snow shovels What you will bring to the role: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required Additional information: This position reports directly to the Plant Engineer and will be based out of Asbury Park, NJ.
