Supervisor Operations (Remote)\r\nFull time, United States\r\nIn this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including managing key performance indicators (KPI), workload, providing assistance, and coaching. As the Operations Supervisor, you will also be the primary point of contact for the team members and actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed all performance targets.\r\nAs a Supervisor Operations, you will:\r\nProvide leadership to a team of travel consultants\r\nCollaborate with performance data to maximize the effectiveness of the team\r\nDevelop learning programs for closing own short- and long-term competency gaps\r\nProvide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties\r\nMaintain knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)\r\nMonitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control\r\nAbout you:\r\nProficiency in GDS Sabre\r\nStrong knowledge of airline ticketing, fare calculations, and reissues\r\nFamiliarity with corporate travel policies\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team\r\nProblem-solving skills to handle travel disruptions, escalations, and operational challenges\r\nCustomer service orientation to ensure high client satisfaction\r\nAnalytical mindset to optimize workflows and improve efficiency\r\nAbout us:\r\nWe're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
