This is a hands-on, physical role focused on task execution, site preparation, material handling, and general labor support. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work — regardless of the task in front of them.\nCore Responsibilities\nPerform general labor tasks as assigned, including demolition prep, debris removal, material staging, and site cleanup\nAssist skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed — running materials, staging tools, and providing support as needed\nLoad, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely on and around job sites\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the project duration\nFollow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times\nOperate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly\nReport any site hazards, damage, or safety concerns to the Superintendent immediately\nComplete assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner without requiring repeated direction\nSupport unit turns, common area refreshes, and other property improvement work as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Construction Superintendent or site leadership\nExperience\nPrior construction, trades, or general labor experience preferred — entry-level candidates with the right work ethic will be considered\nAbility to perform physically demanding work: lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools\nReliable transportation and consistent attendance — this role requires showing up ready to work\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accurately\nStrong situational awareness and commitment to job site safety\nOSHA 10 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)\nValid driver's license preferred\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe want someone who shows up, works hard, and takes ownership of whatever task they're handed.
