{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1eada08bbc75a734c0b2db56","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1eada08bbc75a734c0b2db56","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1eada08bbc75a734c0b2db56","title":"Construction Estimator","description":"(https://esielectrical.com/) (https://www.celbinc.com/) (https://perlectric.com/)\n\nResponsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.\nEmployees | Value | Execution | Relationships\n\nJOB SUMMARY\n\nWe are seeking an Estimator with 2 years technical or business degree and estimating experience to submit estimates for bids\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nCompletion of an electrical training program\nTwo years technical or business degree or equivalent combinations of education and estimating experience\nFive years experience as electrical estimator preferable\n\nKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\n\nRequires the knowledge of electrical construction theory.\n\nExcellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.\n\nDemonstrate conceptual estimates and financial analytical skills.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide technical estimation of electrical projects from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer.\nQuantity takeoff entry into estimating software\nSolicitation and review vendor and subcontractor quotations\nReview current material prices levels\nreview and estimate addenda as required\nVisit site and/or attend site walk meeting.\nReview big/construction schedule\nInitial review of contract if included in bid documents\nDraft and submit proposal documents\nFollow post bid closeout procedures\nAttend weekly estimating team meetings\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nElectrical construction experience or construction management degree\nEstimator/Project supervisor\n\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION\n\nBenefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/Life\nDisabled/Veterans candidates encouraged to apply\nBackground check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).\nAt this time, ESI is not sponsoring non-immigrants for work authorization.
