Route Manager

We are not looking for people to close deals. We are looking for people that will knock on doors in a neighborhood and set appointments with homeowners wanting their roof inspected for potential hail damage caused by the recent hail storms in the area. You would get basic information and let your route manager know that homeowner is okay with being inspected and has a basic knowledge of our company and the process they’re getting into by scheduling the inspection. You would be in charge of talking to a high percentage of homeowners living within your area. You would have to keep records of who you have and have not talked to. You would be taught everything you need to know to do the job effectively; there is opportunity for advancement within the company if someone demonstrates a willingness to learn and progress.
