For more information, please visit HAVI.com .\n\nA talented and motivated individual who will drive excellence in supporting the existing Data Management team in streamlining data processes.\n\nThe Data Analyst is responsible for the mapping, identification of opportunities, and automation of processes to improve data workflows and generating insights from data for the North America Supply Chain division.\n\nThe role will involve collaborating with the onshore and offshore Data Management team, the Data Science team, the Product Management and other functional Supply Chain teams. It includes the mapping of current value streams, identification of improvement opportunities, generation of insights, BI Reporting, and disseminating the finds to all levels of the organization. This role will involve collaboration with external and internal customers.\n\nThis role provides the opportunity to influence our thinking on how data should be managed. This person must be able to build a trusted partnership with our clients and provide consultative and advisory services as needed.\n\nBe current on trends and developments in the market with an eye on bringing new advancements into our portfolio of solutions.\n\nThis role will be part of the North America Supply Chain’s Analytics & Insights team.\n\nThis is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nWork with business leaders and other team members to identify data driven opportunities for improvement\n\nCollaborate with other team members to collect, synthesize, and analyze data and create relevant reports\n\nStructure large data sets and finding patterns from and insights from data\n\nLead the identification and automation of data workflows\n\nCreate presentations and reports using impactful graphs and other methods of visualization\n\nEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint\n\nDocument current state and work and identify and plan the transformation journey\n\nHelp build production quality deliverables\n\nContribute towards thought leadership in data analysis\n\nEnsure customer satisfaction\n\nQualifications:\nDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or a closely related field\n\nMasters in Analytics or related field is highly preferred\n\n3+ years working with Data Analysis and Process Improvement methodologies\n\nExcellent knowledge of databases and SQL scripting\n\nExcellent knowledge of Python and R scripting\n\nExperience with statistical software as well as with reporting and visualization tools\n\nGood knowledge of process mapping techniques, e.g., value stream mapping\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\n\nProved problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability\n\nOutstanding organizational skills\n\nAbility to build MS-Power BI dashboards\n\nFamiliarity with the Azure ecosystem and Databricks\n\nUnderstanding of Master and Product Configuration tools, i.e., SIM and PIM, is a plus\n\nUnderstanding of Supply Chain Traceability process, i.e., EDI standards, is a plus\n\nLean Six Sigma certification is a plus\n\nStarting Salary is $80,000-$95,000 with a 5% targeted bonus\nTOTAL REWARDS\n\nOur total rewards philosophy integrates programs for compensation, benefits, recognition, learning and development, corporate culture, corporate citizenship and work-life balance.
