With strong roots in military service, we emphasize excellence, safety, and sustainability in every project.\nPosition: Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS)\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team in the Denver metro area. The TCS is responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of traffic control operations on various construction and utility job sites. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and a thorough knowledge of CDOT and MUTCD standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and coordinate daily traffic control operations in accordance with state and local regulations\nRead, interpret, and execute traffic control plans (TCPs)\nSet up and remove traffic control devices, signage, and flagging zones\nConduct site safety inspections and enforce all safety protocols\nTrain and mentor traffic control personnel, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards\nMaintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and incident records\nAct as a liaison between field crews, clients, and Vector management\nManage crew and equipment mobilization/demobilization\nLead pre-job briefings and ensure job site readiness\nQualifications:\nCurrent Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Certification – ATSSA or CCA preferred\nMinimum 2 years of traffic control experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role\nStrong knowledge of CDOT and MUTCD regulations\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including DOT-regulated substances)\nBenefits:\nTop industry pay with regular raises and overtime opportunities\n13 days of paid time off and 7 paid holidays annually\nWeekly pay periods\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage (eligible within 60 days)\n401(k) plan with employer match\nCareer development and training opportunities\nPay Rate: $28-$30 per hour\nThis position is subject to Federal DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.\nVector is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including individuals with disabilities and veterans.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nDo you have a TCS Certificate?\nThis position requires a minimum of 1 year experience as a TCS.
