Senior Product Owner, Specialty Operations (Seller Experience & Sales Enablement)We are hiring a Senior Product Owner to join our Specialty Operations organization during a key transformation from project-based execution to a product-driven strategy. This role is a top priority and will serve as a critical owner for building and scaling products that improve seller experience and enable sales teams to sell more effectively, while ensuring operational readiness and financial alignment.This is not a traditional project coordination role. We are looking for product leaders who can operate in ambiguity, define outcomes, and deliver scalable solutions end-to-end across Sales, Operations, IT, and field execution.Role OverviewThe Senior Product Owner will lead initiatives within Specialty Operations, including value-added services such as manufacturing, repair, and installation, with a strong focus on developing products and capabilities that improve seller workflows and drive measurable sales impact.This role also includes ownership beyond traditional product responsibilities, including cost modeling, financial tracking, and resource allocation, to support portfolio ROI outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn product strategy and execution for Specialty Operations capabilities that enhance seller experience and drive sales performanceDefine product vision, outcomes, roadmap, and backlog; prioritize work based on value, feasibility, and operational impactDevelop scalable solutions to replace manual or non-scalable processes, transitioning them into structured operating modelsPartner with Sales, Operations, IT, SAP/ERP teams, and Change Management to:Translate seller and operational needs into clear product requirements and user storiesDrive delivery through Agile/Scrum and hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) modelsEnsure field deployment, training, and adoption are executed effectivelyOwn program-level financial responsibilities including cost modeling, tracking, and reconciliation within waterfall-based financial structuresTrack KPI and benefits realization, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes tied to growth, adoption, efficiency, and financial performanceServe as the accountable owner from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions are implemented and sustained in live operationsFinancial & Business OwnershipContribute to a portfolio-level ROI target of approximately $11.2M through delivered outcomes and scalable enablementOwn budget awareness and cost modeling for initiatives, ensuring alignment between sales growth, operational capacity, and financial structureSupport resource allocation and prioritization decisions across the portfolioWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management (product experience strongly preferred over purely project/program backgrounds)Strong understanding of product lifecycle and ability to articulate each stage clearly using industry standardsHands-on experience delivering products using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to partner within Waterfall constraints when neededExperience in sales strategy, sales enablement, customer journey, or customer-facing product ecosystemsAbility to translate business needs into system and product requirements; familiarity working within SAP/ERP-adjacent environments preferredProven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders and navigate ambiguity, urgency, and organizational complexityDemonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just deliverablesPreferred BackgroundSales-oriented environments or customer-facing product ecosystemsExperience supporting specialty operations such as installation, repair, logistics, supply chain, or sales-adjacent workflows (quote-to-cash)Product leaders who can operate across both product and delivery models, with emphasis on product decision-making and outcomesWhat Success Looks LikeRapid ownership of high-impact problem areas across seller experience and specialty operationsDelivery of scalable product capabilities aligned to business processes and field adoptionMeasurable financial and operational outcomes with strong stakeholder confidence and alignmentIf you’re interested or know someone with strong Product Owner experience in sales enablement or operational product ecosystems, feel free to message me directly.
