Position SummaryThe Director of Electrical provides guidance and leadership across multiple regions. The Director is responsible for developing Regional Managers, aligning project management and field operations, improving operational consistency, and driving financial performance, staffing strategy, QA/QC, and scalable execution across the organization.All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction.Integrity ~ Precision ~ Growth ~ Driven ~ RelationshipsEssential Job FunctionsLeads the business at a high level across multiple regions. Has a full understanding of how all parts of the company operate together: project management, field operations, financial performance, and client relationships. Ensures alignment across Regional Managers and drives consistency in execution.Thinks beyond individual projects or regions and focuses on long-term scalability, operational efficiency, and company growth. Identifies trends across regions and implements solutions that improve performance across the entire organization.Understands company-wide financial performance including revenue, margin, WIP, EAC trends, and cash flow. Ensures Regional Managers are forecasting accurately and proactively managing risk.Builds and develops strong leadership teams by mentoring Regional Managers and reinforcing leadership expectations throughout the organization. Creates a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.Makes high-level decisions that impact the company and holds Regional Managers accountable for results. Addresses performance issues quickly and ensures corrective action is taken.Represents the company at a high level with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensures EdgeHill is viewed as a top-tier, reliable, and professional organization across all markets.Establish and maintain effective relations with all project team members and work collaboratively with them.Work closely with design team, subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and internal clients to develop lasting relationships.Specific Education Or ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Master’s or related field preferred.10+ Years of Progressive Electrical Engineering Experience5+ Years in Senior Leadership or Operations ManagementProfessional Engineer (PE) License (Preferred or Required)Expertise in Electrical Systems Design & Compliance PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTFrequently sit, stand and walkRegularly required to talk or hearFrequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controlsOccasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsVision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focusThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateTemperature in the workplace is typically moderateTravel Requirements50%.The EdgeHill ExperienceAt EdgeHill Integrated Systems, we foster an entrepreneurial mindset, compensating for the value our team members bring to the table.
