Completion of an advanced degree is highly desirable.Experience: Seven years of increasingly responsible experience in housing administration, housing development, neighborhood development or a related field are required; the above experience must include four years of administrative and management responsibility. Experience in a public sector agency is highly desirable.License or Certificates: Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License is required.
