Our Apprenticeship projects are not isolated or intended to be thrown away; your team will depend on your contributions.\r\nWe will pair you with a dedicated mentor who will be by your side to give advice and ensure the success of your project. Affirm seeks technical proficiency via a coding school, online certification, community college, or self-taught equivalent\r\nHave previously worked on large scale coding projects, including work that you may have done during a bootcamp experience or on your own\r\nAlways excited to learn and thrive in a fast pace environment\r\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively\r\nHave sound judgement for working among ambiguity\r\nBe able to display empathy, humbleness, and kindness\r\nCompensation is a set amount for the Apprentice role with no range.\r\nUSA hourly base pay: $55.00\r\nUSA monthly base pay: $9,500\r\nPlease note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\r\nAffirm is proud to be a remote-first company!
