We tackle the technical and operational challenges that sit between teams - the problems that don't have a natural owner but matter enormously to how we execute and grow.\n\nYou will partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to drive a portfolio of initiatives spanning service operations, change management, and process development. You are not just a project manager - you are an analytical thinker and a pragmatic problem solver. You know how to get things done through others, and you understand that in a scrappy team, ownership and follow-through are everything.\n\nThis is not a project management role in the traditional sense; our PMO handles defined work with clear start and end dates.
