Serves as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador.\nBuild relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.\nDemonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Accountable for becoming a trusted, successful expert in the bar and consistently work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.\nDevelop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.\nAssists in the complete operations of the store, including accurate pouring, stock control and product maintenance.\nPerforms all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner.\nFollows all Casa de Montecristo policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as state and local regulations.\nMaintains visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image. Ensures a comfortable, responsible and safe environment.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nPrevious bartending experience required.\nPOS and/or computer skills needed\nKnowledge of wine, liquor and spirits. Bartender certification a plus (or required if applicable)\nAbility to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays)\nExceptional interpersonal skills\nHands on team player with a strong work-ethic\nMaintain license and certifications as required by state.\nPassionate and persistent about a delivering a stellar guest experience.\nA track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals\nDemonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to a frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.\nWork Environment Conditions:\n\nWork Environment/Conditions:\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to smoke or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/ or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\n\nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel or sit; the employee must frequently lift and/ or move up to 35 pounds.
